33 year old Duke Kafui Darlington was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease in November 2015 and has been on constant dialysis to help sustain his body.
Chronic Kidney Disease is a condition characterized by a gradual loss of kidney functional over time and it includes conditions that damages the kidney and decreases the ability stay healthy.
Duke as he is affectionately called needs the support of the general public to raise an amount of $35000 to undergoes a kidney transplant in India . He already has a matching donor.
With the help of Juliet Ibrahim and others, Duke a husband and a father of 2 now has $25000. He is appealing to the general public and loved ones to help save his life.
